The Christian Child Placement Service (CCPS) is a New Mexico Licensed Adoption Agency, and we will travel to you anywhere in the state of New Mexico so you can become fully informed about adoption.
After a birth parent finds out they are pregnant, they contact CCPS and more information about "giving a baby up for adoption" is provided.
Birth parents are thinking about their child's needs first when they look at all of their options with their unplanned pregnancy, they are setting their needs aside to think about what is best for the baby first.
At CCPS the birth parents select the adoptive parents they want to raise their baby.
A CCPS caseworker is available to take birth mothers to doctor's visits so they don't have to go alone.
After the baby is placed in the adoptive home pictures and letters can be provided to the birth parents if they desire communication.
Support is always available...whenever someone in an unplanned pregnancy needs us; we are here to talk night and day!
We continue to support the birth parents throughout the pregnancy and beyond, helping them get connected to resources that will aid them in life.
We here at the Christian Child Placement Service know that choosing the best option with your unplanned pregnancy is a very difficult decision. We want to provide information on all of your options so you can make a fully informed decision. If you want more information about how to place a baby for adoption please contact us.

It is a choice and an option. There is no guarantee it is "best" either for the mother or the child. Different, but not necessarily better. It's a trade off.
ReplyDeleteYes Mirah, it is a choice and an option that is why I closed the blog post with "We here at the Christian Child Placement Service know that choosing the best option with your unplanned pregnancy is a very difficult decision." We provide information on all of the birth parents options so they can choose what is best for the baby and for them. Thanks for the comment! Keep them coming, love the feedback!
