Women and Heart Disease

Heart Disease kills more women each year than cancer and diabetes combined

Women who sleep 8 hours a night have the lowest risk of heart disease. Sleeping less than 5 hours or more than 9 hours increases the risk by 30% or more.

I am not a doctor or a nurse but common heart attack symptoms for women include unusual fatigue or shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, pain radiating down the left arm, and back pain.

If you experience any of the above call 911 or go to your doctor or ER, you may be having a heart attack.
