Dads do make a difference!

This week I have had a taste of single parenting because my husband went to Tennessee to help his father after his surgery. We have managed without daddy in the home, but it has not been easy.

I know that my time as a bachelorette is temporary and that daddy will be home soon to love, nurture and help raise our children. Single pregnant ladies face the obstacle of having a fatherless home.

In a fatherless home, children are more likely to grow up in poverty.

In a fatherless home, children are more likely to abuse drugs.

In a fatherless home, children are more likely to go to jail.

In a fatherless home, children are more likely to get pregnant or get someone pregnant.

Dads do make a difference; single mothers can provide a father for their children through an adoption plan. Adoption saves the child from the damage that can come from being raised in a fatherless home. We have 2 parent, mother and father, couples approved and waiting to adopt a child.
